The Switch Mentoring team have worked closely with our staff and students for several years, building a close working relationship with the school based on mutual respect, professionalism, and trust.
Mentors are highly committed, safeguarding-focused, and well trained to provide a range of flexible, bespoke mentoring packages for some of our most vulnerable children. These provide good value for money and have a positive impact on student wellbeing, attendance, and progress.
