That’s why our pricing is built with schools in mind – clear hourly rates that cover everything essential, with flexible support budgets for off-site programmes. This approach ensures predictable costs, complete transparency, and great value, while giving young people the richest possible mentoring experience.

Straightforward pricing, built for schools

Our mentoring services operate on a transparent hourly rate structure that provides excellent value for comprehensive support. The hourly rate includes all essential elements: thorough programme planning, expert delivery of mentoring sessions, detailed weekly reporting to schools, and all travel costs associated with delivering the service.

For off-site programmes, we establish a Mentoring Support Budget alongside the hourly rate. This budget covers facility hire, activity costs, venue bookings, and refreshments for mentees during their sessions. The Mentoring Support Budget is agreed as a weekly maximum budget before programmes begin, ensuring complete transparency and budget control for schools. You are only charged for actual expenditure – never the full budget amount unless fully utilised.

Budget recommendations by session length:

1-hour sessions: Smaller support budget for basic refreshments and minimal activity costs
2-hour sessions: Moderate support budget allowing for structured activities and venue flexibility
3-hour sessions: Enhanced support budget enabling comprehensive activities, venue hire, and full refreshments provision

This structure ensures that every young person receives the full benefit of their mentoring experience while maintaining clear, predictable financial parameters for schools.
